This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's European expansion by supporting HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, onboarding, and strategic HR projects. You will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with teams across Europe and the global headquarters in the US.\nThis is an onsite role requiring presence in the Frankfurt office 4-5 days per week.\nResponsibilities:\nHR Administration & Employee Lifecycle\nPrepare, review and coordinate employment contracts, amendments, letters and other HR documentation.\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including new hires, employee changes, leave, employee queries and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee data and documentation.\nMaintain and update Workday, ensuring employee information is complete and up to date.\nPayroll Coordination\nPrepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs and changes with the external payroll provider.\nReview payroll information, follow up on discrepancies and ensure relevant changes are submitted accurately and on time.\nAct as an internal point of contact for payroll-related questions.\nCoordinate with employees, HR and external payroll providers as required.\nOnboarding & Employee Support\nCoordinate and continuously improve the onboarding programme for new employees.\nBe a visible and approachable HR contact for employees in the Frankfurt office.\nSupport employees with day-to-day HR questions.\nEnsure new joiners are well supported from offer through their first months with the company.\nHR Projects & European Growth\nSupport the HR Manager on local and European HR projects as the organisation continues to grow.\nWork closely with headquarters on HR initiatives, process improvements and implementation of global programmes.\nSupport annual HR cycles such as rewards and compensation planning.\nContribute to improving and scaling HR processes, policies and ways of working as the European organisation develops.\nKey Skills and Requirements:\n1-3 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Coordination or a similar generalist role.\nGood understanding of core HR processes and a strong interest in developing into a broader HR Generalist role.\nComfortable working with employment contracts, employee documentation and confidential HR information.\nExposure to payroll processes or working with an external payroll provider is highly desirable.\nExperience with Workday or another HRIS/payroll system would be a strong advantage.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nConfident and approachable communication style - comfortable being the day-to-day face of HR in the office.\nHands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership in a fast-growing and changing international environment.\nFluent German and strong English skills.\nAble and willing to work onsite in Frankfurt 4-5 days per week.\nIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Antoine Mortiaux at .\nApply Now:\nIf you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.\nProclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
