This hybrid position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.\nSkills &Requirements:\nUniversity degree preferably in clinical sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience\nProficient with MS Office, Excel and familiar with CRM software\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nPhone sales experience preferably to the hospital market\nPharmaceutical Industry or Medical Device experience\nAbility to describe clinical / technical benefits to customers\nAbility to translate customer needs into a solution based consultative sale\nHybrid on site 3 days per week\nThe Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities will be:\nExecute sales activities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and implementation, utilizing telephone, virtual and electronic communication channels\nProvide support for injector-related tenders, including the preparation and submission of required documentation\nDrive and support the sales of injector consumables and related product offerings.\nCollaborate with the sales team to support specialty product initiatives and achieve overall sales objectives\nParticipate in field-based activities, including ride-alongs and conferences, as needed to support the sales team in addressing customer needs and identifying growth opportunities\nPartner with Clinical Specialists and coordinate field-based support as required to address customer needs and opportunities\nWork collaboratively across departments to contribute to team success and maximize sales performance\nMaintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system and generate reports and metrics to support sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting\nAnalyze territory performance and market opportunities to identify areas for business growth and new customer acquisition\nComplete customer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions\nCoordinate product installations, repairs, and service activities with contractors and other external partners\nDeliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers\nResponsible for prompt identification and internal reporting of any adverse reactions or quality complaints that come to their attention and act as critical first points of contact within the MAH's pharmacovigilance and quality systems, in accordance with Health Canada GVP expectations\nOther duties as assigned by management\n\nIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Daniel Tamin \nIf you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.\nProclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
