This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable manufacturing system integrations, including DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment with architecture standards, and successful project execution.\nPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OT integrations for ODH Phase 1.\nDeliver integrations for systems such as DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS connectivity.\nOversee OT operational applications and plant-side visualization capabilities within the approved project scope.\nCoordinate resources, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.\nConfigure and develop OT platforms, including Ignition, HiveMQ connectors, gateways, and related services.\nDefine and implement message structures, mappings, interfaces, and transformations.\nEnsure integration deliverables meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards.\nDevelop source-to-target mappings for manufacturing data, ensuring semantic accuracy and traceability.\nCollaborate with vendors to establish supported integration paths and avoid unsupported configurations.\nConduct network assessments to evaluate existing interfaces, connectivity, and integration maturity.\nEstablish reusable integration patterns and provide estimates for future rollout planning.\nAlign integration practices with DevSecOps, change control, and lifecycle management standards.\nSupport qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities.\nManage technical scopes, deliverables, and partner performance to ensure successful project outcomes.\nKey Skills and Requirements:\nProven experience in delivering production-grade integrations across automation, MES, historian, and manufacturing-data platforms.\nStrong understanding of DCS, MES, and historian environments, preferably including DeltaV, Syncade, and AVEVA PI.\nExpertise in industrial data platforms such as Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ, and event-driven architectures.\nKnowledge of digital manufacturing architectures, ISA-88/ISA-95 standards, and OT-IT boundaries.\nAbility to implement mappings for manufacturing data, including batches, materials, equipment, and quality information.\nExperience with APIs, message models, version control, and reusable software-configuration patterns.\nFamiliarity with automated deployments, regression testing, and secure development practices in OT environments.\nUnderstanding of GMP, CSV-CSA, and data integrity requirements in regulated manufacturing.\nStrong vendor and partner management skills, with the ability to define clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.\nCapability to design integrations with robust monitoring, diagnostics, and lifecycle support.\nIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Olivier Worch at .\nApply Now:\nIf you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.\nProclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
