Business Analyst: On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office. Business Analyst - Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across portfolio. This role ensures requirements are clearly defined and actionable to support efficient, secure delivery. The Business Analyst partners with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured, testable requirements and clear process models. Business Analyst - Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end requirements activities across multiple concurrent initiatives • Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with scope, timelines, and delivery objectives • Work with stakeholders to understand and document current and future processes • Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements • Develop process models, workflows, and documentation • Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendor
