You will gather and document requirements, improve processes, and help identify secure, responsible AI and automation opportunities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder validation of use cases and functional and non-functional requirements\n Maintain requirements traceability throughout development and testing\n Document, analyze, and improve business and system processes, and assess policies, programs, and services to recommend improvements\n Identify AI and automation opportunities and define requirements for their secure and responsible use within Cyber Security Assurance\n Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder communications, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders\n Develop user acceptance test plans, coordinate testing activities, and support functional and acceptance testing\n Collaborate with development and change management teams to prepare end-user documentation and training materials, deliver training, and support knowledge transfer to the Service Owner and support teams\n Support the development of performance metrics and the prioritization of client requests\n Ensure service integration, data flows, and solution functionality align with evolving business needs, user expectations, and the Bank’s Cyber Security vision\n Related activities and deliverables, as required\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security\n 5+ years of recent experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation\n 5+ years of recent experience facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements\n Experience communicating complex concepts, requirements, or proposals clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\n Experience modelling and documenting business processes using recognized notation (e.g., BPMN) and process modelling tools\n Experience developing use cases and supporting requirements throughout the solution development lifecycle\n Experience developing test cases and/or user acceptance test plans, coordinating testing, and supporting functional and user acceptance testing\n\nTechnical Skills:\nRequirements management and traceability (functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria); systems analysis (system integration, data flows, translating business requirements into functional and system requirements)\n\nThis posting is for a public sector assignment.
