The focus is on knowledge of reporting and translating insights into scalable dashboards and decision-support tools.\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 - Responsibilities:\n• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities\n• Design and build analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven solutions to address complex business problems\n• Develop and maintain curated datasets, feature layers, and analytical data models to support both modeling and reporting use cases\n• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches, KPIs, and measurable outcomes\n• Deliver insights through interactive dashboards (Power BI), reporting solutions, and executive-ready storytelling\n• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and design data-driven decision frameworks\n• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across both analytical models and BI outputs\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 - Mandatory Skills:\n• Proficiency in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and PySpark)\n• SQL - writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data extraction\n• Experience with cloud-based data and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)\n• Proficiency in Power BI to create impactful visualizations and dashboards\n• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n• Ability to effectively work in teams across the bank with multiple stakeholders\n• Strong risk acumen and ability to work in ambiguity\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n• Proficiency in Tableau\n• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning\n• Experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models\n• Experience with reinforcement learning and causal inference\n• Experience with advanced machine learning model development, deployment, and optimization\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 – Assignment Length:\nThis is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 - Start Date:\nASAP\n\nData Analyst - Python, SQL, Cloud, Power BI x2 - Assignment Location:\nToronto, Ontario, Hybrid;
