This position is fully remote.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer - Job Description:\nWe are hiring a Senior Power Platform & Apps Engineer to design, build, and run business applications, automations, and AI agents. The role involves owning solutions end-to-end on Microsoft Power Platform and extending them with code and Azure where low-code reaches its limits.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer - Responsibilities:\n• Lead requirements and design sessions with business owners.\n• Build canvas and model-driven apps, Power Apps code apps, and Power Pages sites.\n• Design Dataverse data models and build Power Automate cloud flows.\n• Write Dataverse plug-ins and custom APIs, and build custom connectors.\n• Design and build agents in Copilot Studio and connect them to enterprise data.\n• Own application lifecycle management and define environment strategy.\n• Set coding, naming, and documentation standards; mentor developers and citizen makers.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer - Mandatory Skills:\n• 6+ years building business applications, including 4+ years on Microsoft Power Platform.\n• Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\n• Pro-code skills: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong Power Fx.\n• Integration experience with RESTful APIs, custom connectors, OAuth/Entra ID authentication and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus or Key Vault).\n• Proven ALM practice with CI/CD in Azure DevOps or GitHub.\n• Working knowledge of governance and licensing implications.\n• Hands-on experience building at least one agent in Copilot Studio, or equivalent generative AI solution, in a business setting.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n• Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or AI Builder experience.\n• Experience with Power Pages sites for external users.\n• Power BI embedded in apps or data modeling for reporting.\n• Dynamics 365 customization experience.\n• Experience in regulated sectors and accessibility standards.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer – Assignment Length:\n6 months\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer - Start Date:\nASAP.\n\nSenior Power Platform & Apps Engineer - Assignment Location:\nCalgary, Alberta, Canada.
