This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. \n\nSenior Salesforce Lead - Job Description:\nThe Senior Salesforce Lead is tasked with developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce-based digital platforms. This role involves working closely with Architects and Business Managers to maintain and expand digital solutions for Customer and Dealer Portals, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead - Responsibilities:\n• Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions across CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n• Perform unit testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.\n• Investigate and resolve defects identified during QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by reviewing logs and monitoring platform performance.\n• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing Salesforce operations.\n• Assist and perform deployments.\n• Conduct all other duties as assigned.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead - Mandatory Skills:\n• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions.\n• Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.\n• Experience developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and external systems.\n• Proven experience implementing and supporting Experience Cloud sites (portals).\n• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce DevOps and Release Management.\n• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\n• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n• Prior experience in the automotive finance or consumer finance industry.\n• Salesforce certifications.\n• Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences.\n• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\n• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead – Assignment Length:\nThis is a permanent position.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead - Start Date:\nASAP.\n\nSenior Salesforce Lead - Assignment Location:\nToronto, Ontario, Canada.
