Senior Salesforce Lead On behalf of our Automotive Finance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Salesforce Lead for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Senior Salesforce Lead - Job Description: The Senior Salesforce Lead is tasked with developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce-based digital platforms. This role involves working closely with Architects and Business Managers to maintain and expand digital solutions for Customer and Dealer Portals, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. Senior Salesforce Lead - Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions across CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Perform unit testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. • Investigate and resolve defects identified during QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by reviewing logs and monitoring platform performance. • Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing Salesforce operations. • Assist and perform deployments. • Conduct all other duties as assigned.
