Responsibilities:\n• Design, implement, and enhance CMDB capabilities, data models, and configuration item lifecycle processes.\n• Support CMDB health initiatives including completeness, correctness, compliance, and relationship integrity.\n• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities to manage hardware and software asset lifecycles.\n• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflows.\n• Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and related inventory data collection capabilities.\n• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, MID Servers, and other supported technologies.\n• Provide technical guidance, document configurations, and support knowledge transfer activities within platform teams.\n\nSenior ServiceNow Developer -
