The project involves the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.\n\nSoftware Developer - ETL - Intermediate - Responsibilities:\n• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and operational needs.\n• Create data models, measures, and calculations using DAX to deliver meaningful business insights.\n• Implement data visualization best practices to ensure reports are intuitive, accessible, and actionable.\n• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.\n• Connect and integrate data from various enterprise data sources, including databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.\n• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions.\n• Monitor and optimize report performance, data refresh schedules, and workspace administration.\n\nSoftware Developer - ETL - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:\n• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.\n• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI data modeling concepts.\n• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.\n• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and business intelligence best practices.\n• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage principles.\n\nSoftware Developer - ETL - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:\n• Experience working with Databricks, including connecting Power BI to Databricks SQL Warehouses and Lakehouse data sources.\n• Familiarity with Azure Data Platform services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric.\n• Experience with enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.\n• Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools.\n• Experience supporting data and analytics platforms within a large public-sector or enterprise environment.\n\nSoftware Developer -
