The role involves supporting various initiatives related to the platform and executing use cases to meet the needs of different government sectors.\n\nSoftware Developer - Senior - Responsibilities:\n• Run and monitor batch inference jobs on Databricks and other environments.\n• Troubleshoot inference issues, log results, and escalate model anomalies.\n• Assist with running DSPy pipelines and loading custom models/configs.\n• Support evaluation runs using internal metrics.\n• Track and summarize performance metrics for inference experiments.\n• Help prepare and clean legal text datasets for inference and evaluation.\n\nSoftware Developer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:\n• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.\n• Familiarity with Python and libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.\n• Exposure to LLM frameworks such as DSPy, LangChain, or Hugging Face.\n• Comfortable working with Databricks / MLflow or other cloud ML environments.\n• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for tracking experiments.\n\nSoftware Developer -
