The selected candidate will oversee project coordination, construction activities, quality control, and compliance with contract documents, specifications, and applicable standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within established scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.\nThis position does not offer employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Skills\nMinimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Superintendent, Quality Control (QC) Manager, or Project Manager on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.\nConstruction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification required.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.\nExperience supporting construction, facilities, infrastructure, and/or capital improvement programs.\nDemonstrated experience managing quality control processes, project coordination, or construction quality programs.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and diverse stakeholder groups.\nExcellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing experience.\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of quality management practices, project controls, and facility lifecycle management.\nResponsibilities & Duties\nAttend weekly project meetings and coordination meetings as required.\nCoordinate quality control activities across all construction disciplines in accordance with contract documents and project requirements.\nCollaborate directly with the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) Manager and government representatives to implement and maintain the project Quality Control Plan.\nOversee the Contractor’s quality control processes, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, contract specifications, and project requirements.\nMaintain an on-site presence during construction activities, exercising the authority and responsibility necessary to ensure contract compliance.\nCollaborate with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to support project coordination, quality assurance, and successful project delivery.\nParticipate in quality control meetings, prepare project reports and communications, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting procedures.\nSupport project scheduling, quality control documentation, and the review and interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires regular onsite presence in an active construction environment.
