PROCON, one of New Hampshire's consistently recognized Best Companies to Work For, is looking for a Technology Support Technician to join our growing IT team!\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting technology across our office and active construction job sites. You'll work with a variety of systems, troubleshoot technical challenges, and learn from experienced IT professionals while building your career with a leading design-build firm.\nThis position is primarily office-based with regular travel to construction job sites as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in active construction environments, using basic hand tools, climbing ladders when required, and lifting technology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be necessary.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the first point of contact for employee IT support, responding to requests through our ticketing system, phone, email, Teams, and in person.\nTroubleshoot and resolve everyday hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile device, printer, and connectivity issues.\nSet up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, and other technology equipment.\nAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, password resets, and access requests.\nSupport technology needs at construction job sites, including workstations, printers, wireless networks, and security cameras.\nMaintain accurate IT inventory, equipment records, and support documentation.\nHelp employees navigate new technologies and promote IT security best practices.\nCollaborate with experienced IT team members to troubleshoot more complex issues and expand your technical knowledge\n 0-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related technical role. Internship experience counts!\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and common business applications.\nBasic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping others.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nA positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support employees both in the office and at construction job sites.\nExperience with IT ticketing systems, device imaging, or mobile device management a plus.\nExposure to construction or multi-site technology support a plus.\nFamiliarity with security cameras, access control, or low-voltage cabling a plus.\nHigh integrity with sound ethical judgment\nTakes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.\nPositive, solution-oriented mindset with a resilient attitude\nWorks well in team environments with strong communication skills\nOpen to innovation and continuous improvement\n We offer a collaborative, supportive environment where employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and build rewarding careers.
