В стабильно развивающуюся компанию в связи с расширением штата требуется помощник бухгалтера с опытом работы от 1 года

Требования:

  • опыт работы с первичными бухгалтерскими документами, в 1С 8.3, MS Office, Контур.Диадок;
  • опыт работы на последнем месте от полугода;
  • внимательность;
  • ответственность;
  • усидчивость.

Будет плюсом среднее профессиональное/высшее образование (экономическое/бухгалтерское образование).

Обязанности:

  • Подготовка клиентам пакета закрывающих документов (счета, УПД, отчеты);
  • Создание приложений к УПД на оказываемые услуги;
  • Работа с первичной документацией: прием, контроль, обработка и оформление актов, счетов-фактур, УПД
  • Истребование возврата и подписания документов за период;
  • Сверка с контрагентами: оформление актов сверки, контроль задолженности, расчеты с поставщиками и заказчиками, отслеживание возврата актов сверок за отчетный период;
  • Участие в закрытии квартала на других участках;
  • Выполнение поручений главного бухгалтера;

Условия:

  • Работа в стабильной компании с официальной зарплатой;
  • Индексация ЗП по результатам работы;
  • Оформление по ТК;
  • 5 минут пешком от м. Бауманская;
  • График работы: с 10 до 19
