Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers. \nWhat youll do:\nWorking alongside our Product and UX teams youll leverage your experience and expertise in application and tool building to influence our product roadmap developing innovative solutions that add additional capabilities to our tools and offer appropriate tradeoffs\nEnsure that developers and tech leads satisfy their job responsibilities especially through individual coaching\nHelp identify and propose solutions for technical and organizational gaps in our performance analytics monitoring and customer features by ensuring key metrics are met and proper SLOs are in place\nCreate and share best practices for the development and deployment of tool engineering solutions \nIdentify hiring needs and partner with recruiting through the hiring process\nProvide opportunities for career development including through promotion technical growth and stretch assignments\nWhat were looking for:\nBS degree in Computer Science a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience is required.\n3 years of leading and managing 6 engineers and 6 years of handson coding and software design experience and software application development experience. \nExperience with AWS (EC2) Cloudflare Ruby on Rails Javascript PostgreSQL is preferred\nExperience building and optimizing application and database services and architectures\nUnderstanding of the tradeoffs between shortterm and longterm goals and balancing immediate needs with strategic initiatives\nExperience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nDemonstrated track record of recruiting stellar technical talent\nExperience collaborating effectively with engineering stakeholders including Product and Design\nDemonstrated track record of developing the technical skills of and providing growth within the organization for team members\nExperience running teams that operate using agile and scrum methodologies\n\nAdditional Information : \nPerks & Benefits\nAt Procore we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
