Were looking for someone to join us immediately.\nWhat youll do:\nManage candidates interview experience: schedule all interviews over multiple time zones ensure candidates are prepared with the most up-to-date details\nDistribute pertinent information to the hiring team\nDevelop a strong partnership with our Recruiters\nLeverage Procores Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tool to ensure an efficient interview process\nSupport special projects as needed\nWhat were looking for:\n1 years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar experience in Recruiting\nRespect for confidential information\nHigh level of organization and attention to detail\nGenuine curiosity about people online networks and technology\nIntrinsic drive for successwe are growing quickly and you will be trusted to make informed judgments\nTeam-oriented and optimistic nature\nExperience using scheduling software (GoodTime preferred but not required)\nExperience with an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred but not required) \n\nAdditional Information: \nAbout Us\nProcore Technologies is building the software that builds the world.
