Were looking for someone to join us immediately.\nWhat youll do:\nWork with Product leaders in each Product Team to structure and manage integrated multitrack QA initiatives towards meeting Companys Objectives and Quality expectations.\n\nUse your program management expertise strong communication skills and collaborative leadership to drive initiatives that enhance quality assurance processes and delivery timelines. \n\nDrive crossfunctional planning and alignment between Delivery Teams leveraging Agile methodology techniques and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with engineering QA product and release teams to align test strategies and timelines\n\nDefine and monitor testing milestones deliverables and risk mitigation plans\n\nStandardize testing practices and tools to drive consistency and improve team efficiency\n\nFacilitate crossteam syncs retrospectives and reporting on testing progress and outcomes\n\nTrack and escalate risks or blockers that could impact test readiness or release quality\n\nAdvocate for continuous improvement in test planning automation and reporting\n\nSupport the implementation of test governance processes and quality metrics across the organization\n\nEmbrace continuous improvement in all things especially in processes and communication managing our framework and process health.\n\nWhat were looking for:\nBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\n5 years of experience in project or program management\n\nProven track record of managing complex crossfunctional testing initiatives\n\nExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a Must.\n\nExcellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills\n\nGood knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies\n\nPMP CSM or equivalent certification is a plus\n\nAbility to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities\n\nAdditional Information : \nPerks & Benefits\nAt Procore we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
