You will work mainly in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using Python and modern software engineering practices to transform AI/ML concepts and models into robust, production-ready applications.\nA key area of the role will be the development of agentic AI solutions and scalable AI capabilities that support business opportunities such as media cost optimization, increased consumer reach, and improved digital advertising effectiveness.\nYou will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, AI Engineers, and other cross-functional partners, combining AI/ML expertise with strong software engineering and cloud capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, productize, and deploy AI/ML applications and solutions into production environments.\nDevelop agentic AI solutions and integrate AI capabilities into scalable business applications.\nBuild applications and data solutions using Python and SQL, sourcing and processing data from multiple systems.\nPartner with Data Scientists, Analysts, AI Engineers, and business teams to develop proofs of concept, experiments, and production-ready AI solutions.\nOperationalize Machine Learning models as integral components of IT solutions and business processes.\nDesign data models, implement data quality checks, and optimize analytical solutions for scale and performance.\nDevelop and support solutions primarily in Google Cloud Platform, leveraging technologies such as BigQuery, GKE, Composer, and Kubeflow.\nApply strong software engineering practices, including testing, code quality, maintainability, reusable design patterns, and source control.\nWork according to DevOps and CI/CD practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Actions and Jira.\nMonitor and troubleshoot AI/ML applications and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.\nDevelop proof of concepts and prototypes for new AI capabilities and recommend architecture and engineering improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional Media and technology teams to improve media cost optimization, reach, and digital advertising effectiveness.\nJob Qualifications\nTop Qualifications / Must Have\nPython Strong programming skills and hands-on experience developing production-quality applications using Python.\nAgentic AI Development Experience developing or working with AI agents / agent-based AI solutions, including the integration of AI capabilities into applications.\n Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Hands-on experience developing and/or deploying solutions in GCP.
