Job Description

Für unser Ausbildungszentrum suchen wir einen motivierten und erfahrenen Ausbilder (m/w/d) im Bereich der Elektro- und Automatisierungstechnik. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und pädagogische Ausbildung unserer Auszubildenden und bereiten diese auf die Herausforderungen in der Elektro- und Automatisierungsbranche vor. Sie vermitteln theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse, führen Schulungen durch und begleiten die Lernprozesse der Auszubildenden bis zur erfolgreichen Abschlussprüfung.

  • Durchführung und Planung von Ausbildungseinheiten gemäß dem Ausbildungsrahmenplan für Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik und Mechatroniker
  • Vermittlung von theoretischen und praktischen Inhalten im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik sowie Metallbearbeitung und CNC-Fräsen
  • Unterstützung der Auszubildenden bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und Aufgaben in den Bereichen Elektroinstallation, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik, Programmierung und Montage von Systemen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Azubis während der gesamten Ausbildungsdauer
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ausbildungsteam und den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen, um eine optimale Berufsausbildung zu gewährleisten
  • Förderung der sozialen und persönlichen Kompetenzen der Auszubildenden
  • Vorbereitung auf und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Sicherheitsvorschriften und Standards

Job Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise mit einer Zusatzqualifikation als Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik und Mechatronik
  • Idealerweise Ausbildereignung (AEVO/AdA-Schein) oder die Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation zu erwerben
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik, SPS-Programmierung sowie elektrischen und pneumatischen Antriebssystemen
  • Wünschenswerte Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung und CNC-Fräsen
  • Pädagogische und didaktische Fähigkeiten sowie Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen und der Vermittlung von Wissen
  • Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Empathie
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Auszubildende motiviert und zielorientiert zu fördern
