You will join a large, multi-national organization and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve how P&G brands and products are presented across eRetailers.\nYou will work in a dynamic e-commerce environment, transforming P&G brands and category content into high performing, retailer-optimized executions for key eRetailers (e.g. Pelenka, Brendon, Kiffli.hu & Rohlik.cz). This role combines eCommerce content coordination, retailer-specific execution, digital shelf optimization and hands-on content adaptation.\nIn this role you will work on:\nRich Content Coordination, Adaptation & Implementation\nCoordinate rich content creation, adaptation, approval and implementation across priority eRetailers.\nWork with externally hosted content solutions and agency partners while ensuring that uploaded content meets P&G, retailer and shopper needs.\nAdapt master content to retailer-specific layouts, formats and UX requirements instead of relying only on one universal execution.\nSupport faster deployment of launches, innovations and claim updates across retailers.\nEnsure rich content is mobile-friendly and structured to support discoverability by search engines and Gen-AI tools.\nRetailer-Specific Content Creation & Optimization\nCreate and adapt simple, high-impact content for retailers that prefer lighter executions, particularly Rohlik and Kifli.\nUse basic graphic design and copywriting skills to close gaps on banners, resize or adapt existing assets, improve layouts and shorten or enhance copy.\nOptimize content hierarchy, readability and key benefit communication for both mobile and desktop shopping.\nBase Content Supervision & Digital Shelf Excellence\nSupervise the quality, consistency and availability of base content, including product titles, descriptions, power images and secondary images.\nIdentify content gaps and support teams with content search, selection and correct implementation during the product listing process.\nRecommend improvements to product detail pages, product variants, thumbnails, category paths and navigation.\nBrand Pages, Articles & Search Optimization\nCoordinate and support the creation, localization and implementation of brand pages.\nDevelop articles and supporting visuals in cooperation with Brand, Category and retailer teams.\nApply SEO and GEO principles to improve content clarity and discoverability across retailer search, external search engines and Gen-AI tools.\nSupport additional eSRE priorities such as categorization, product variants, thumbnails and ratings & reviews syndication.\nJob Qualifications\nApply if you have:\nExperience in eCommerce, digital content, online marketing, content operations or a related field.\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple retailers, content streams and deadlines.\nUnderstanding of eCommerce product detail pages, digital shelf execution and retailer-specific content requirements.\nBasic graphic design skills and the ability to adapt existing assets, resize banners and improve layouts for digital use.\nBasic copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify product information and adapt copy for retailer and shopper needs.\nWorking knowledge of SEO; familiarity with GEO and Gen-AI content principles is advantageous.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities and recommend practical improvements.\nProactive approach, end-to-end ownership and confidence working independently with multiple stakeholders.\nHungarian and English language fluency.\nTechnical skills:\n- Microsoft Office package\n- Familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator\n- Familiarity of Figma\n-Active use of AI tools to simplify content adaptation, copywriting and everyday workflows is an advantage.\nIf all of that sounds interesting, please apply by submitting your CV in English and portfolio.\n What we Offer:\n· Multicultural and international work environment;\n· Competitive salary and benefits program (life insurance, cafeteria);\n· P&G Wellbeing programs;\n· Regular salary reviews in line with your results and performance;\n· Flexible work arrangements.\nWho we are:\nWe are Procter & Gamble, one of the largest and most profitable FMCG company in the world.
