Implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead the full project lifecycle for digital warehousing initiatives, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.\nManage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.\nCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.\nIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing solutions and contingency plans.\nCommunicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly and effectively.\nEnsure adherence to P&G's IT project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.\nFacilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new digital warehousing solutions.\nConduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for continuous improvement.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in digital warehousing and logistics.\nJob Qualifications\nProven experience (3-5 years) in managing Information Technology projects, specifically within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain domain.\nDemonstrated experience in implementing digital solutions for warehouse optimization (e.g., WMS, WES, automation).\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.\nExceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nExperience working in a large, complex multinational organization is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of P&G Warehousing Processes and Solutions is a plus\nScale your career with P&G\nWe provide avenues to scale your expertise and technological proficiency.\nAs an experienced hire, you are empowered to scale your impact and go beyond being a developer with opportunities to lead, guide, and collaborate on transformative projects that power our brands.\nWe are committed to scale your personal growth alongside the company’s success.
