The position focuses on delivering profitable growth for a brand, channel, or category through effective customer management, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute account-specific commercial plans aligned with sales, market share, and profitability objectives.\nLead relationships with key customers, understand their priorities, and negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both parties.\nIdentify growth opportunities in distribution, promotion, and category development across assigned accounts.\nManage the sales forecast, commercial pipeline, and key performance indicators for each account.\nAnalyze sales, market, and customer data to generate recommendations and support commercial decisions.\nJob Qualifications\nHard Skills:\nAccount planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, commercial negotiation, and key performance indicator tracking.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, commercial modeling, and performance tracking.\nExperience using customer relationship management platforms, preferably Salesforce.\nSoft Skills:\nClear communication and the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the customer’s organization.\nCustomer focus and the ability to build trusted, long-term commercial relationships.\nStrategic thinking, results orientation, and sound judgment when prioritizing business opportunities.\nCross-functional collaboration, organization, and effective follow-through on commitments.\nNice to Have Skills:\nExperience managing major e-commerce marketplaces or digital retail accounts.\nKnowledge of digital shelf analytics, online shopper behavior, and e-commerce performance metrics.\nExperience working with category management or revenue growth management principles.\nImportant Note for Candidates: Before submitting your application, we encourage you to review our Hiring Process and Assessment Information.
