Do you have a passion for developing brands in one of the fastest-growing online markets in the world? P&G is looking for a professional with hands-on experience in large marketplaces to join our team as a E-commerce Traffic Manager on Yandex Market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a traffic management strategy on one of the country's top marketplaces, Yandex Market, leveraging your accumulated experience and P&G's best practices from around the world.

As a E-commerce Traffic Manager on Yandex Market, you will:

• Develop and implement product promotion strategies for two P&G categories on Yandex Market, aimed at increasing market share while improving investment efficiency.

• Deeply analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, sales funnels of P&G and competitors, working daily with a large volume of data.

• Generate hypotheses to find better although non-obvious solutions, test your hypotheses, independently draw conclusions and make recommendations for the future approach to promoting P&G brands within the marketplace.

• Independently manage numerous advertising campaigns within the Yandex Market for 2 P&G product categories. Monitor results daily. Manually adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

• Communicate results, conclusions, and recommendations based on your business analytics on a weekly basis.

• Engage in SEO optimization and other projects that contribute to increasing investment efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with P&G cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships with retail multi-functional teams to ensure a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership.

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support).

• A higher education diploma.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level English proficiency - if necessary, you will communicate with our colleagues worldwide to exchange experience, defend strategies/plans, etc.

• 1+ year of relevant proven experience in business analytics and/or product promotion in marketplaces advertising cabinet, including Yandex Market.

• Among candidates with marketplace promotion experience, preference will be given to talents with strong analytical skills for real-time campaign effectiveness determination and quick independent decision-making, as well as:

  • Experience working with a minimum of 50 SKUs simultaneously.

  • Confident use of analytics and bidding services.

• Proven skills in simultaneous management of numerous projects and achieving business goals within scheduled deadlines.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills to become an integral part of the existing multi-functional team both within P&G and with retail teams.

• Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in unforeseen circumstances.

• Leadership skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and high discipline.

• Aspiration for further career development in the e-commerce channel.

• All retailers' platforms where you currently manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Yandex Lavka, etc.).

• The marketplace where you have the most expertise in traffic management.

• The number of SKUs you personally (not just your team) manage manually in the advertising cabinet.

• The approximate monthly advertising budget you personally manage.

• Please specify if you personally (not just your team) manage external traffic to Yandex Market (such as VK ads, etc.).

If you do not have traffic management experience, briefly describe your experience in business analytics in the "About me" section.
