Drive thought leadership and strategic key messages to mostly internal and some external audiences.\nContribute to and execute both internal and external global communication strategies for leadership and functional organization - including speeches, presentations, panel discussions, videos and media. \nCreate innovative ways to communicate that inform and engage a diverse, global employee base. \nEstablish and track metrics that link employee communications programs to employee productivity, satisfaction and organization performance.\nCollaborate with senior P&G leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and more on communications and events to deepen understanding of P&G’s business and organization priorities.\nAccomplish tasks as an individual contributor or more direct supervision, training and development of entry-level professionals.\nDevelop knowledge and skills in self and others to deliver against current and future job requirements.\nAt P&G, we believe that diverse experiences help build strong leaders.
