As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in P&G, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR work - you will have truly important work from Day 1. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

• Strategically align HR efforts to specific business needs, including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, People issues, and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.

• Assist in building cultures that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.

• Coach and develop leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provide organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions, and mitigate operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER compliance.

• Partner with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study

• 0-3 years of experience in human resources, HR Business Partnering experience is preferred

• Outstanding social skills - optimally communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels

• Collaboration skills - effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds

• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business

• Demonstrated strength in bringing technology into solution design and implementation

• Excellent operational skills - able to plan, coordinate, and execute vital activities to deliver on business needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy

• Project Management Skills

• Fast learning agility - able to learn on the job in a constantly evolving environment

• Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
