If you're passionate about innovation and operational improvement, we want you on our team!\nWe are looking for process oriented, analytical individuals to join our W.O.C. organization in Aspropyrgos, Athens (hybrid model) for this 9 month internship!\nIn your Business & Technical Associates Internship you will:\nPerform a variety of administrative, technical and operational tasks, essential for the company's success.\nCollaborate with a diverse group of colleagues, suppliers, manufacturing plants and business partners across Europe, in a truly international setting.\nEnsure that the site work process meets high operational standards and capability, executing the work process across the organization through End Users documentation and training.\nSky-rocket your personal learning curve assuming our way of doing business, our technologies and systems, workplace culture, organizational set-up, management styles, etc.\nDevelop yourself via mentorships, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching and various development opportunities & projects.\nPlay an essential role in the company‘s structure by using, maintaining, and improving warehouse operation processes and system digital solutions.\nJob Qualifications\nRecent Graduates of BSc studies in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business schools.\nProficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.\nExperience in creating and managing action plans, including follow up to eliminate gaps is nice to have.\nAnalytical skills, Power BI and PowerApps are a plus.\nYou can expect:\nResponsibilities as of Day 1 - ownership of your project with significant responsibilities from the beginning.\nContinuous Coaching & Mentoring - We are passionate about our work and your growth.
