We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.\nAs a Junior Gen AI Engineer, you will collaborate with Product Owners and warehouse operations stakeholders to understand business needs and develop AI-powered solutions that enhance warehousing, distribution, and logistics processes. From solution design and implementation to deployment and optimization, you will contribute to technologies that support critical supply chain operations and deliver measurable business value.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and test Generative AI applications and features using Python and modern AI frameworks.\nBuild proof-of-concepts and contribute to the development of scalable AI solutions that address business and warehouse operations needs.\nDevelop and maintain AI-powered applications, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems and data sources.\nParticipate in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance solution performance and quality.\nSupport solution deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization across the application lifecycle.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and senior engineers while applying software engineering, security, and responsible AI best practices.\nWhat we offer:\nBusiness responsibilities from Day 1 - You will start working on key brands from the beginning. We celebrate success and recognize individual and team contributions to our collective goals.\nCompetitive salary and benefits program - Regular salary revisions and possible promotions - all in line with your results, performance and potential.\nJob Qualifications\nOur ideal candidate has:\nGeneral qualifications:\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree graduates with studies in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAny previous experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI engineering, or a related area is preferred.\n Proficiency in English language (both in writing and speaking).\n Completed/Permanently exempt from Military Service Requirement (if applicable).\nAbility to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving technical environment.\nGenerative AI and Data Skills:\nFoundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation.\nFamiliarity with data preparation, processing, and data pipeline concepts used in AI application development.\nInterest in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, agentic AI architectures, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.\nSoftware Engineering Skills:\nPrevious experience in Python and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with API development, databases, systems integration, and software engineering practices, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nPrevious experience with GitHub or other source-control tools, as well as coding standards, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies.\nCloud and DevOps Skills:\nBasic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Services, or other cloud-based AI platforms is considered an advantage.\nFoundational understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.\nBasic awareness of application monitoring, logging, and deployment practices.\nAt P&G #weseeequal\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
