Your responsibilities will blend technical problem-solving with leadership and project execution, including:\nProcess Engineering & Optimization: Lead identification and elimination of losses, design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve OEE, and enhance product quality using data analytics.\nConverting & Packaging Engineering: Lead development of web-processing and equipment solutions, champion 3D modeling and mechatronics, and drive optimization of packaging lines for efficiency and cost.\n Control Systems Engineering: Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software solutions.
