policies, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and verify payment requests, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.\nValidate vendor banking information and perform account verification procedures in accordance with internal controls and fraud prevention standards.\nConduct quality assurance checks on payment transactions before final approval and release.\nInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, exceptions, duplicate payments, and data inconsistencies.\nCollaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, and other business stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.\nCommunicate directly with vendors regarding payment verification requirements and outstanding documentation.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data records within financial systems.\nIdentify and escalate potential fraud risks, suspicious transactions, or control deficiencies.\nSupport audit requests by providing required documentation and evidence of payment verification activities.\nMonitor and track payment verification metrics and service levels, providing regular reporting when required.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, financial controls, compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and risk management within payment operations.\nAssist with month-end and year-end financial processes as required.\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and vendor information at all times.\nJob Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, Financial Administration, Vendor Management, or a related finance function.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar enterprise financial systems.\nKnowledge of vendor master data management and banking verification processes.\nUnderstanding of accounts payable, procurement, invoicing, and payment lifecycle processes.\nExperience performing compliance reviews, audit support, or financial controls
