As a Payments SeniorSpecialist with German language, you will further developyourmastery in the purchasing processes andmaintainrelationships keysupplier,clientsand internal users.

Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 9200 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

Job responsibilities:

• Resolving day to day invoicing issues using tactical systems andpurchasingtools

• Prefiltering invoices before postingin order toensure rightfirst timeprocessing

• Defining improvement plans and recommending potential solutions to issues together with various parties involved, having governance role over invoice statuses handled by other organizations

• Acting as first level of support to internal customers/users for allpaymentsmatters, including technical issues (after user self-service).

• Owning overall process changes and improvements, partnering with finance leaders and business users for implementation.

• Establishing andmaintainingeffective relations with suppliers, users, or sourcing buyers.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Experience and knowledge and use ofaccounts payable (invoicing) principles and processesis nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g.SAP) and master data tools will be a plus

• Very good English and German skillsboth in writing and speaking*

• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
