This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime. This role falls under the BTA band level.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.\nParticipates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.\nFocus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.\nCollaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.\nWorks under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.\nQualifications:\nA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.\nExperience with electrical systems and instrumentation in a manufacturing setting.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to follow procedures and policies closely while also being able to think
