This role will drive productivity, improve decision-making, and enable scalable digital capabilities aligned with business priorities in Beauty and broader categories.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nA. Transformation Strategy & Leadership\nDefine and execute the process transformation roadmap aligned to Vietnam business priorities and strategies.\n\nIdentify high-impact opportunities across functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance).\n\nPartner with business leaders to co-own transformation initiatives and embed digital-first thinking.\n\nB. Data-Driven Decision Enablement\nChampion the use of data, dashboards, and advanced analytics to improve business decisions.\n\nDevelop and scale single sources of truth (data models, semantic layers).\n\nEnable self-service analytics capabilities for business teams.\n\nC. Automation led Process transformation\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflows, data solutions) using Power platform, blue prism and other RPA solutions available.\n\nEliminate/Reduce/redesign manual processes via this automated solution to reduce manual effort required.\n\nD. Cross-Functional Integration\nWork across IT, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to standardize and optimize processes.\n\nEnsure solutions are integrated, scalable, and reusable across markets where applicable.\n\nCollaborate with regional/global teams to leverage existing platforms and best practices.\n\nE. Change Management & Adoption\nLead change management, training, and capability-building initiatives.\n\nEnsure sustained adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.\n\nBuild a strong culture of data-driven & digital first decision-making.\n\nF. Governance & Performance Tracking\nEnsure IT solution development and deployment are done using best practices and safe P&G infosec / privacy guidelines.\n\nDefine KPIs and track transformation impact (productivity, efficiency, ROI).\n\nEnsure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.\n\nJob Qualifications\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.\n\n3-6 years of experience in digital transformation / process automation / improvement, Data analytics or automation\n\nExperience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries preferred.\n\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nStrong capability on:\nData analytics (Power BI, SQL, Databricks semantic models, etc.)\n\nAutomation tools (Power Automate, RPA, AI solutions)\n\nExperience delivering end-to-end digital/automation solutions on a scale.\n\nLeadership & Stakeholder Skills\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.\n\nStrong project/program management capabilities.\n\nExperience leading change management and adoption at scale.\n\nMindset & Behaviors\nData-first and outcome-driven mindset.\n\nStrong problem-solving and structured thinking.\n\nAgile, entrepreneurial, and able to operate in ambiguity.\n\nHigh ownership and accountability.\n\nAbout us\nWe produce globally recognized brands, and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
