This role guarantees a challenging learning environment across diverse industries and sectors.\nAs a Purchasing Manager, you will serve as the commercial leader at the forefront of all supply chain and strategic sourcing activities, managing P&G’s expenditure and bringing external insights into the company. You will connect with a variety of industries and stakeholders to drive success.\nCompensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 13.600 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.\nAs a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for:\n1. Procurement Strategy Development:\nDevelop a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.\nCreate and elaborate sourcing strategies that align with business goals, including sustainability and cost management.\nIdentify and recommend new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance sourcing efficiency.\n2. Procurement Strategy Execution:\nLead the execution of sourcing plans to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.\nNegotiate best-value deals with suppliers to meet the company's business needs.\nInnovate solutions to optimize procurement processes and effectively tackle challenges.\nBuild and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to foster mutual growth and success.\n3. Supply Base Management:\nDevelop a sustainable supply base that upholds quality and ethical standards.\nOversee efficient material procurement strategies to support production needs.\n4.
