As an SAP S/4HANA Developer, you will work with other internal SAP and IT resources, external partners, and stakeholders as we make enhancements to our critical and fast-growing Solutions.\nYour team\nYou will be part of the IT Global Business to Government (B2G) Team which is the responsible of managing all the Electronic Invoices requirements worldwide, you will be part of a winning team that is both business leaders and technical experts in the management of global government electronic invoice requirements. You will report to the Application Manager located in Costa Rica. Our team is formed by employees in Philippines, Germany, Costa Rica and Brazil.\nWhat success looks like\nYou have the ability to understand technology solutions in a more intimate level so that you can provide opinions and engage a deeper conversation with the technical delivery teams and external software vendor.\n\nSupport business in process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes.\n\nJob Responsibilities \n-The main responsibilities, but not limited to, are Design, Develop, configure and troubleshoot the B2G SAP applications and modules.\n-Participate in requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications.\n-Support the integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.\n-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP applications.\n-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\n-Conduct unit testing and assist in system testing to ensure quality delivery.\n-Maintain documentation for technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations.\nJob Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n\n4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\n\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and FI modules.\n\nExperience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA in functional and technical environments.\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\n\nABAP Development\nProficiency in developing and maintaining ABAP applications, including reports, module pools, dialog programming, interactive reports, and ALV reports.\n\nAbility to write clean, efficient, well-documented ABAP code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.\n\nExperience refactoring procedural ABAP code into object-oriented designs.\n\nExpertise in developing and enhancing reusable function modules.\n\nExperience with performance analysis and optimization using tools such as SQL Trace and the ABAP Debugger.\n\nAdvanced debugging skills to analyze and resolve complex program errors, performance issues, and system inconsistencies.\n\nSAP Technical Components\nComprehensive knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects: tables, views, data elements, domains, search helps, and lock objects.\n\nAbility to design and modify custom DDIC objects while ensuring data integrity and consistency.\n\nProficiency with relevant SAP Development Workbench transactions.\n\nExperience identifying and implementing enhancement options, including user exits, BAdIs, and the Enhancement Framework, while minimizing modifications to SAP standard code.\n\nIntegration\nExperience designing and implementing RFCs for synchronous and asynchronous communication with external systems, including security and performance considerations.\n\nExperience developing and consuming ABAP proxies for integrations through SOAP web services and SAP PI/PO.\n\nUnderstanding of WSDL, XML, and enterprise service concepts.\n\nProficiency in designing, developing, and extending IDoc types and segments, including inbound/outbound processing and error handling.\n\nReporting\nExpertise in developing ALV reports using function modules, OO ALV, and SALV.\n\nAbility to customize ALV layouts, functionality, and interactive features.\n\nTesting, Documentation & Collaboration\nExperience with unit testing, integration testing, and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nKnowledge of ABAP Unit testing is preferred.\n\nAbility to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with functional teams, business users, and technical teams.\n\nWhat we offer!\nWe'll give you responsibilities as of Day 1 - you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities\nYou'll have continuous mentorship - you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager\nWe offer you to work and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment\nWe promote agility and work/life balance for employees, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting.\nWe love flexibility.
