You will work closely with SAP Security teams, business partners, and technology organizations across P&G to develop secure, scalable, and compliant access solutions.\nYou will contribute to key initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, Supply Chain Platform Transformation (SCPT), FSR (Completing Financial Platform Transformation) and other SAP upgrades, and ongoing SAP security improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign SAP Security Solutions\nDesign and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access governance concepts.\nTranslate business requirements into secure and practical SAP security solutions.\nApply SAP security best practices and corporate standards.\nOversee Access Governance\nSupport the full SAP role lifecycle, including role design, oversight development, changes, reviews, and retirement.\nEnsure consistent access governance and role quality across SAP systems.\nSupport entitlement management and access reviews.\nStrengthen Security and Compliance\nConfigure and maintain SAP security controls and monitoring capabilities.\nSupport Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit activities, and compliance requirements.\nIdentify security risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nCollaborate Across Teams\nWork with business process experts, product owners, SAP teams, and security partners.\nSupport SAP role related incident resolution.\nProvide guidance on SAP security concepts, standards, and best practices.\nSupport knowledge sharing and capability building within the SAP Security community.\nLead Security Architecture in Strategic SAP Security Programs\nContribute to SAP transformation, version upgrade, and security improvement projects.\nLead specific workstreams when required.\nEnsure security deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nImprove SAP security processes, tools, and governance practices.\nLeverage automation, analytics, AI, and modern technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nStay current with emerging SAP technologies, cybersecurity trends, and regulatory requirements.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSecure and compliant SAP access solutions delivered with high quality.\nStrong audit and compliance results.\nSuccessful delivery of SAP security initiatives and transformation programs.\nConsistent achievement of SAP security governance objectives.\nPositive feedback from business partners and stakeholders.\nContinuous improvement of SAP security processes, tools, and controls.\nJob Qualifications\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience working with SAP systems and SAP Security concepts.\nKnowledge of SAP roles, authorizations, and access management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to business audiences.\nExperience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.\nStrong execution skills and ownership mindset.\n5 -
