Here’s what you’ll be doing:\nAbout the Role\nJoin P&G's Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Solution Architecture & Engineering team and help shape the integration backbone of one of the world's largest consumer goods companies.\nThe EAI organization delivers integration platforms that support many of P&G's mission-critical business processes across a diverse, multi-vendor, multi-cloud environment. As a Boomi Integration Engineer, you will independently design, build, test, deploy, and support reliable integration solutions on P&G's Boomi platform.\nWorking with solution architects, integration developers, and global business and technology partners, you will translate business requirements into secure, reusable, and operationally ready integrations. Boomi is the primary delivery platform for this role; exposure to SAP Integration Suite and other integration technologies is beneficial for collaboration and interoperability.\nWhat You Will Do\nAssess assigned integration use cases and translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs, seeking architectural guidance for complex or cross-platform decisions.\n\nDesign, build, test, deploy, and support medium-complexity Boomi integration processes using established engineering standards and reusable patterns.\n\nConfigure and maintain connectors, document profiles, mappings, APIs, error handling, logging, and alerting for assigned integrations.\n\nManage the promotion of integration assets across environments using version control, testing, change controls, and CI/CD practices.\n\nDiagnose defects and production incidents for assigned solutions; contribute to root-cause analysis, problem resolution, and service improvements in partnership with operations teams.\n\nParticipate in design and code reviews, provide constructive peer feedback, and ensure assigned solutions meet functional, security, quality, and operational-readiness requirements.\n\nCollaborate with architects and partner teams to improve integration patterns, standards, documentation, and developer practices.\n\nHelp evaluate and adopt tools that improve integration delivery, testing, observability, and supportability.\n\nJob Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.\n\n3+ years of software or enterprise-integration delivery experience in a complex business environment.\n\nHands-on Boomi development experience, including process design, connectors, document profiles, data mapping, API integration, error handling, testing, and deployment promotion.\n\nExperience translating defined business requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions, with appropriate architectural guidance for complex decisions.\n\nWorking knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, common integration patterns, and authentication approaches such as OAuth or mutual TLS.\n\nExperience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.\n\nUnderstanding of secure handling for credentials, certificates, and other integration secrets.\n\nFluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.\n\nAn independent, self-directed approach to problem solving, paired with a commitment to engineering quality and knowledge sharing.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBoomi Developer or Professional Developer certification, or a commitment to attain an appropriate Boomi certification within the first year in the role.\n\nExperience with SAP Integration Suite, EDI/B2B connectivity, messaging platforms, API management, or another enterprise iPaaS platform.\n\nExposure to one or more cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, GCP, or SAP BTP.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or networking fundamentals.\n\nFamiliarity with operational practices such as incident, problem, and change management; ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial.\n\nAwareness of enterprise identity and security concepts, such as RBAC, LDAP, SAML, and Active Directory.\n\nOperational, Security, and Quality Expectations\nYou will own the delivery quality and operational readiness of assigned integrations, including documentation, testing, deployment evidence, monitoring, and release to operations.\nProduction support, incident-response participation, and any on-call expectations are defined by our team operating model.\nAll work must comply with P&G security, data-handling, change-management, and engineering standards.
