Partnering closely with P&G's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and GTO leadership team, this role will develop the narratives, engagement strategies, and executive thought leadership programs that bring GTO's vision, strategy, and impact to life.\nGTO is a global organization of more than 500 highly skilled and diverse IT professionals who enable critical business capabilities across P&G. The organization's core platforms and product releases impact P&G employees worldwide, making effective communication, engagement, and change adoption essential to business success.\nThis individual will serve as a trusted strategic communications partner, translating complex technology initiatives into compelling stories that strengthen employee engagement, support talent attraction and retention, enhance executive visibility, accelerate adoption of technology-driven change, and reinforce P&G's position as a technology-enabled leader in consumer goods. Success in this role requires exceptional storytelling ability, executive communications expertise, strong business and technology acumen, and the ability to influence across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Strategic Communications & Narrative Development\nDevelop and evolve the GTO communications strategy, aligned to organizational priorities, business goals, and key stakeholder audiences.\nShape the overarching GTO narrative, translating complex technology initiatives into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate business impact and value.\nIdentify, curate, and amplify examples of innovation, transformation, and business outcomes across GTO and the company.\nBuild messaging frameworks and content that strengthen understanding of GTO's mission, strategy, and contribution to P&G's success.\n2. Employee Engagement & Culture\nDevelop communication programs that foster employee engagement, connection, and pride across the global GTO organization.\nElevate and celebrate the people, teams, and innovations shaping GTO's success through recognition and storytelling initiatives.\nPartner with Talent, HR, and leadership teams to strengthen GTO's brand and support attraction and retention of top technology talent.\nHelp employees connect their work to the broader GTO strategy and business impact, reinforcing a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.\n3. Communications Planning & Channel Management\nLead integrated communications planning for major technology, core platform and product releases, and transformation milestones that impact employees globally.\nDevelop and manage a communications calendar that aligns key messages, events, leadership forums, and organizational priorities.\nSupport the execution of recurring communication programs including town halls, leadership updates, newsletters, and other employee engagement forums.\nMonitor communication effectiveness and audience engagement metrics, leveraging insights to continuously improve messaging, channels and the employee communications experience.\nPartner with stakeholders across GTO to coordinate timely, audience-centered communications that drive awareness and understanding.\n4. Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership (CTO)\nDevelop and execute the CTO's executive visibility and thought leadership strategy to position the CTO as a credible voice on technology, innovation, AI, and digital transformation.\nIdentify, evaluate, and manage strategic external speaking, media, and industry engagement opportunities.\nCreate executive-ready content including speeches, articles, briefing materials, social content, and message platforms that advance P&G's information technology narrative.\nPrepare the CTO for external engagements through strategic counsel, messaging support, audience insights, executive communications coaching, and presentation preparation to maximize impact with industry audiences, partners and media.\nDrive post-engagement amplification strategies to extend reach, strengthen reputation, and maximize business impact.\nProvide strategic communications counsel to the CTO and leadership team during complex, sensitive, or high-visibility situations, ensuring clear, consistent, and stakeholder-centered messaging. This includes partnering with Information Security, Corporate Communications, Legal, and leadership teams to align messaging during incidents and emerging issues.\n5. Enterprise Technology, Security & Business Services Communications\nServe as a member of the broader communications team supporting Information Technology, Information Security, and Global Business Services, contributing communications expertise across priority initiatives, organizational needs, and strategic projects as business priorities evolve.\nSupport enterprise technology transformations, core platform releases, and major IT initiatives with communications strategies that enable employee readiness, adoption, and business impact globally.\nPartner with Human Resources and technology leaders to develop communications that promote career growth opportunities, highlight critical skills and capabilities, strengthen the employee experience, and support the attraction, retention, and development of top technology talent.\nJob Qualifications\n· Strategic Communications & Narrative Development\nAbility to develop communication strategies and translate complex technology initiatives into clear, compelling business narratives that drive understanding, engagement, and business impact.\n· Executive Communications & Thought Leadership\nExperience advising senior leaders and developing executive visibility, thought leadership, and positioning strategies across internal and external audiences.\n· Storytelling & Content Creation\nExceptional writing, editing, and content development skills across speeches, presentations, articles, social content, and executive communications.\n· Digital, AI & Social Media Fluency\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled communications tools, digital platforms, analytics, and executive social media channels to enhance storytelling, audience engagement, and communications effectiveness.\n· Stakeholder Influence & Relationship Management\nProven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively across senior leadership, technology teams, HR, Corporate Communications, and external partners.\n· Technology & Business Acumen\nStrong understanding of technology, AI, digital transformation, and innovation, with the ability to connect technical initiatives to business value, reputation, and talent outcomes.\nAt P&G, we believe that diverse experiences help build strong leaders.
