Role includes managing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and preparing necessary customs documentation. Important part of work is optimizing logistics processes and developing new solutions to enhance efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupply Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the plant.\nCoordination and Interaction: Collaborate with the planning center, procurement department, supplier management groups, and customs representatives.\nCompliance with Legislation: Ensure adherence to Russian Federation and Customs Union regulations and assist in preparing customs documentation.\nProcess Management: Oversee the preparation of transport documents and transit, and resolve supply issues by collaborating with internal functions, carriers, and suppliers.\nReporting and Optimization: Prepare technical reports and lead logistics optimization projects.
