Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.\nJob Overview:\nAs Senior Sales Execution Manager, you will lead the execution strategy across all channels in the Southeast region of Mexico, driving P&G’s in-store superiority and strengthening the company’s presence across more than 1,000 stores. This role combines field leadership, commercial planning, stakeholder management, and team development. You will manage a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, serving as a key link between Commercial and Category teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, establishing clear objectives and supporting strong performance.\nDirect in-store execution across all channels in the Southeast region, ensuring consistent implementation of commercial strategies and standards.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation, influence, and collaborative problem-solving.\nIdentify business opportunities during field visits and translate market insights into actionable business plans.\nMonitor execution results and commercial performance \nAdapt quickly to changing business needs and use sound judgment to prioritize resources across the region.\nJob Qualifications\nHard Skills:\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and business planning.\nPower BI proficiency for performance tracking, visualization, and insight generation.\nExperience developing commercial or business plans based on market and field insights.\nKnowledge of retail execution practices and the management of multi-channel operations.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven people leadership experience, preferably managing large or geographically dispersed teams.\nNegotiation and influencing skills with internal and external business partners.\nFast learning and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.\nStrategic thinking combined with strong execution and decision-making abilities.\nNice to Have Skills:\nKnowledge of major retail chains in the Southeast region.\nPrevious experience in field-based commercial, sales, or retail execution roles.\nExperience working across Commercial and Category functions.\nExperience in CPG\nImportant Note for Candidates:\nBefore submitting your application, we encourage you to review our Hiring Process and Assessment Information.
