track record as a senior/second-level escalation point, resolving complex, ambiguous production issues under pressure while mentoring others through them\nAgile technical leadership - experience owning a team backlog, driving PI/sprint planning, leading grooming/daily meetings, and unblocking engineers on hard technical problems\n Cross-functional data-driven communication - ability to analyze incident/operational data and translate it into clear reporting and policy for stakeholders (GTO, horizontal teams, leadership) and drive multi-team initiatives to completion\n Cloud Infrastructure & IAM expertise -
