In this role you will shape the product vision and align stakeholders, as well as get hands on with development. This role requires the ability to write SQL and Python and a solid understanding of DevOps practices such as CI/CD and version control.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the product vision and roadmap for a set of the team's products; prioritize and groom the backlog; connect day-to-day execution to measurable business outcomes.\n\nDesign, build, test, and maintain data and software solutions supporting the Walmart Customer Team.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs and explain technical trade-offs in business terms.\n\nBreak initiatives into epics, stories, and sprints; contribute as an active member of the Agile team, managing scope, dependencies, and timelines for your products.\n\nApply DevOps fundamentals and contribute to internal tools, documentation, and standards that speed up the team's development capabilities.\n\nJob Qualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n\n5+ years of experience in product management/ownership\n\nAbility to write and maintain code (such as Python and SQL); depth here is a meaningful advantage.\n\nProven product or project delivery experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in tools such as Jira)\n\nExperience with Databricks and Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio)\n\nUnderstanding of DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD)\n\nStrong communication skills, able to influence and translate between technical and business audiences\n\nEnthusiasm for working directly with end-users and for figuring out how to get the most out of the latest AI tools\n\nAbility to work hybrid schedule in Fayetteville, AR.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience deploying solutions through AI Factory, Pygentic\n\nExperience with Databricks Apps\n\nApplication ownership experience\n\nCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
