We help to accelerate business value creation for the company by driving site projects with agility, cost effectiveness, and quality.\nWe strategize and lead a portfolio of projects and initiatives catered to delivering the best workplace experience.\nYour Team\nYou will report to the Workplace Services Site Leader and will be working with multi-functional partners across Thailand Sites. You will also\nbe accountable for a large team of P&G's external workplace vendors and suppliers.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAs a Workplace Services - Site Operations Leader, you are expected to lead a team that will run the day-to-day operations of our workplace\nand ensure that our employees are able to perform at their peak in our offices. You and your team will be responsible to deliver Workplace\nFacilities and IT Projects to continuously uplift employee experience and meet business needs.\nRole Responsibilities\nWork with the local facilities management team to ensure that the physical workplace and all related services are operating\nefficiently to deliver the best employee experience. This includes overseeing the delivery of hard services and soft services.
