You will administer and maintain software, hardware, and server systems for our Atlanta team and our overseas remote office, from end-user applications to compute and storage in our datacenter. You will test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems, and you will have the opportunity to influence how applications are architected and implemented across the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-user software and hardware support\nWorkstation deployment, maintenance, and repair\nMicrosoft 365, Azure, and on-premises Active Directory administration\nMonitoring backups across our technology platforms\nIT project support and task management\nSecurity initiatives support, including:\n- General security: assisting with endpoint protection and patch compliance, MFA enrollment and conditional access support, access reviews and least-privilege changes, onboarding and offboarding account controls, phishing triage, and security awareness\n- AI security: helping roll out approved AI tools, supporting users on data-handling standards, identifying unapproved AI tool usage, supporting access controls for AI features in Microsoft 365 and Azure, and escalating AI-related risks\n- Collaborating with business units across the organization to deliver solutions that fit their needs\nTime Allocation & Contract Duration\nThis is a part-time position consisting of approximately 24 hours per week, with responsibilities allocated as follows:\n14 hours: End-user IT support\n6 hours: Proactive systems maintenance and security support\n4 hours: Technical training and collaboration on team IT projects\nThis opportunity is structured as an initial six-month contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs and mutual interest. You will be part of a dedicated group that supports our internal users and overseas office, and you will be the first point of contact for incoming requests.
