The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable IT Operations architectures, driving observability and AIOps initiatives, and enabling proactive operations through ServiceNow TSOM modules. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architectural expertise, and the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders to transform IT Operations using ServiceNow best practices.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nArchitecture and Solution Design: \nDefine end-to-end ServiceNow TSOM architecture aligned to enterprise IT Operations strategy.\nDesign scalable and resilient solutions leveraging: ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Observability, AIOps capabilities.\nDrive architectural decisions for hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.\n\nImplementation and Delivery: \nLead and oversee implementation of TSOM solutions across large enterprise landscapes.\nDefine integration patterns with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, etc. ), CMDB data sources, and third-party observability platforms.\nEnsure CMDB health, governance, and data accuracy using Discovery and Service Mapping.\n\nTechnical Leadership: \nAct as Technical Authority for TSOM solutions and best practices.\nReview and approve technical designs, configurations, and customisations.\nMentor developers, administrators, and consultants on TSOM architecture and standards.\nConduct technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.\n\nAIOps and Observability: \nDesign and implement AIOps-driven event correlation and noise reduction.\nEnable proactive operations through anomaly detection and predictive insights.\nOptimise operational workflows using event rules, alerts, and automations.\n\nGovernance and Optimisation: \nDefine TSOM governance, standards, and architectural guardrails.\nDrive performance optimisation, stability, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.\nEnsure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and upgrade strategies.\n\nStakeholder and Client Engagement: \nPartner with IT leadership, operations teams, and business stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and proposals.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nServiceNow Expertise: \n8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM / TSOM.\nStrong expertise in: ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CMDB architecture and data modelling.\nExperience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).\n\nIT Operations and Monitoring: \nStrong understanding of: ITSM, ITOM, and IT Operations processes, Enterprise monitoring and observability architectures, Hybrid infrastructure, cloud, containers, and microservices.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with leading monitoring tools.\n\nArchitecture and Design: \nProven experience as Architect / Lead Consultant on large-scale ServiceNow programs.\nDeep understanding of: Distributed systems, Network, server, storage, and cloud technologies.\nStrong documentation and design skills (HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams).\n\nSoft Skills: \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence senior leadership and technical teams.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset.\n\nQualifications: \nCertifications (Preferred / Mandatory).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (Highly Preferred).\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred.\nITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.\nCloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Preferred.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with ServiceNow Cloud Observability.\nExposure to DevOps and SRE practices.\nExperience in large transformation or CMDB remediation programs.\nPre-sales and proposal solutioning experience.\n\nExperience: \n7+ years of IT experience.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.\nExperience working with CMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nStrong experience with:\nServiceNow platform development\nJavaScript, Glide APIs\nCMDB architecture and
