Sidekiq.\n\n- Design and optimize search capabilities using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.\n\n- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API test cases using RSpec and other testing frameworks.\n\n- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in : Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, Vite, Kafka, Sidekiq, Redux Toolkit, Material UI, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, REST APIs, RSpec, Unit & Integration Testing.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.\n\n-
