This role reports to the Finance Lead where you work close to the company founders and core team. In this role you will have a front row seat to the entire business. You will learn how a fast growing startup runs - financial planning, execution, tracking performance and financial reporting.\nMode: In-office\nLocation: Powai, Mumbai\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Finance : Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic financial plans. Provide financial insights to support business growth and expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.\n\nDecision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating projects.\n\nFinancial Reporting: Review financial statements prepared by external accountants. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Carry out the consolidation of books as per US GAAP.\n\nFinancial Controls: Collaborate with the finance team to establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures in areas such as Invoicing, revenue recognition, AR, and AP.\n\nCompliance: Establish and maintain sound procedures for timely compliance. Oversee those compliances are done in a timely manner including but not limited to tax-related compliances (India and the US)\n\nPerformance monitoring and Investor Reporting : Collaborate with the finance team to review business performance and track key KPIs.
