This position works under the direction of the Manager, Pipeline & Facility Integrity and collaborates closely with Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, Environmental, and HSSE teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company integrity management programs. The Facility Integrity Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining asset reliability, operational safety, and regulatory compliance. \nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed but not limited to the following: \nFacility Integrity Program Support\nAssist with the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of facility integrity management programs. \nCoordinate integrity inspections, assessments, testing activities, and corrective action tracking. \nMaintain facility integrity records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation. \nMonitor inspection schedules and ensure required activities are completed on time. \nSupport development and maintenance of integrity procedures and compliance programs. \nInspection & Maintenance Coordination\nCoordinate inspections for pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems, compressors, metering equipment, and other facility assets. \nSchedule and coordinate third-party contractors, inspectors, and service providers. \nTrack inspection findings and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. \nAssist with maintenance planning and integrity-related projects. \nSupport turnaround planning and major facility inspections. \nRegulatory Compliance & Documentation\nMaintain records in compliance with PHMSA, DOT, OSHA, API, and company requirements. \nAssist with preparation of regulatory reports and compliance documentation. \nSupport internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews. \nEnsure facility integrity documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. \nTrack corrective actions and verify completion of compliance requirements. \nData Management & Reporting\nMaintain integrity databases, spreadsheets, and asset management records. \nTrack inspection schedules, repair activities, and regulatory deadlines. \nGenerate reports, metrics, and performance indicators for management review. \nAssist with data collection, validation, and analysis to support integrity decision-making. \nSupport integrity management software administration and reporting functions. \nProject & Contractor Coordination\nCoordinate integrity-related projects and activities with Engineering and Operations teams. \nMonitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed in accordance with company standards. \nSupport budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for integrity projects. \nProcess purchase requisitions, invoices, and contractor documentation as required. \nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, Environmental, and HSSE personnel. \nCommunicate inspection schedules, repair priorities, and project updates to stakeholders. \nParticipate in integrity management meetings and planning sessions. \nAssist in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with contractors and regulatory agencies. \nOther Duties\nOther duties as assigned. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred. \n3-5+ years of experience supporting facility integrity, maintenance, engineering, operations, compliance, or related functions within the oil and gas industry. \nKnowledge of pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, compressors, metering equipment, and facility operations. \nFamiliarity with PHMSA, DOT, OSHA, API, and industry standards preferred. \nExperience maintaining records, databases, and compliance documentation. \nStrong organizational and project coordination skills. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. \nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and data management systems. \nAbility to:\nDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. \nWork independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. \nExercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. \nCommunicate effectively with employees, contractors, regulators, and management. \nAdapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. \nEXPERIENCE and TRAINING GUIDELINES\nAny combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. \nSUPERVISION RECEIVED and EXERCISED\nReports directly to the Manager, Pipeline & Facility Integrity. \nWorks under general supervision while exercising independent judgment in assigned responsibilities. \nCoordinates activities with Operations, Engineering, HSSE, Regulatory, Environmental, and third-party contractors. \nSupports integrity initiatives and compliance programs across Producers Midstream facilities. \nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee
