Responsibilities\nSupport the customization and integration of market-leading software solutions for Life Sciences clients.\nManage Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ITIL best practices.\nAnalyze customer requests and incidents, identify technical resolutions, organize troubleshooting activities, and escalate issues when required.\nProvide technical and application support through collaboration with internal teams and external software vendors.\nMonitor, document, and report project and support activities internally and to clients.\nEnsure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and system performance.\nParticipate in software implementation, validation, and deployment activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in a STEM discipline such as:Biomedical Engineering\nComputer Engineering\nComputer Science\nMathematics\nPhysics\nRelated scientific or technical field\n\nRequired Experience\n0 to 3 years of professional experience in IT, software support, consulting, or related technical environments.\nRequired Skills\nGood understanding of IT architectures and system integrations.\nKnowledge of coding and scripting concepts.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nBasic knowledge of SQL programming.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nLanguages\nFluent English.\nFluent Italian (mandatory).\nPreferred Qualifications\nThe following skills and experience would be considered an asset:\nKnowledge of application development platforms such as Salesforce.\nProgramming experience in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical industry information systems, including:MES/EBR\nLIMS\nQMS\nTMS\nBPM\nWorkflow Management Systems\nDocument Management Systems\nBusiness Analytics Platforms\n\nFamiliarity with Life Sciences regulations, standards, and compliance
