We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead client and internal projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the management and delivery of services.\nLead project kick-off activities and ensure the appropriate sharing and maintenance of project documentation.\nDefine and maintain project plans, schedules, governance structures, and operating models.\nCoordinate activities across project teams, internal departments, business experts, and client stakeholders.\nMonitor project objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, costs, and KPIs.\nProvide regular progress reports and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.\nIdentify project constraints, risks, and potential issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.\nManage project changes proactively and anticipate potential crisis situations.\nSupport the evaluation of project feasibility, profitability, resource requirements, and delivery arrangements.\nPrepare project estimates, quotations, service-extension requests, and invoicing information.\nImplement and manage project governance in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.\nFacilitate project meetings and ensure that decisions and action plans are properly documented and followed up.\nMonitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and develop client roadmaps.\nCoordinate the onboarding, training, maintenance, and offboarding of project team members.\nAnalyse processes and root causes to recommend improvements in organisation, procedures, and project delivery.\nContribute to internal transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to expand PLG’s support and involvement with clients.\nEducation and experience\nMaster’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role.\nSrong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nExperience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple projects simultaneously.\nClient-focused, organized, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.\nExperience working in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or consulting sectors would be advantageous.\nProfessional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.\nProficiency with project management, collaborative, database, and reporting tools.\nAbility to create and maintain dashboards, project documentation, procedures, and user guidance.\nCommercial awareness, including quotations, invoicing, profitability, and service-extension
